    • you'll need to remove your shoes

  • your water bottle
  • Lock your cell phone in your car.
    •  (Pam strongly recommends this as this is your time to be undisturbed)

What to expect at your Sessions

  • During your sessions you'll be fully clothed.
  • You'll lie on a deluxe massage table with comfy sheepskin pad and flannel sheet.
  • If you're unable to lie down, you can undergo your session sitting on a chair.
  • Pam will select bowls appropriate for your needs and place them on and around you.
  • Pam will gently strike a variety of  bowls with soft mallets.
  • This is not about noise. This is about harmonious tones and vibrational flow.

What You Can Expect to Feel During and Immediately After a Session

Many people feel so relaxed during a session that they fall asleep. That's OK. Whether you're awake or asleep, Pam will continue your session, and you'll derive all of the benefits of the bowls. After a session almost everyone reports feeling rested with an enhanced sense of well being, relaxation, reduced stress, and deep peace. To derive the maximum benefits from your session, please be sure to hydrate properly. And that means drinking water right after your session. (Don't worry; the bathroom in the office suite is private, modern, and clean.)

How Many Sessions You May Need

Because Pam tailors every session to the individual, this answer will, of course, vary for each person.

To maintain your well being, Pam suggests having a session once or twice a month. Pam also suggests that  you can enhance your well being by adding meditation to your daily routine.
